Maintenance

  • What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

    Apartments are inspected and cleaned thoroughly prior to move-in. 

  • Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

    No, our service team can provide maintenance anytime during office hours. 

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we do have on-site maintenance

  • An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

    You can submit a service request in our online portal, RentCafe, or you can reach out to the office during business hours. 

  • What happens if I am locked out?

    We do not currently offer lock-out services. 

  • What if I have a maintenance emergency?

    After hours, call our office and select the emergency maintenace option to be connect with one of our service technicians.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Typically 72 hours.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Through our online portal, RentCafe, or via cashier's check.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

    No

  • Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?

    AT&T and Xfinity.

  • What documents are needed for the application process?

    Government issued ID, Bank Statements, Paystubs, Tax Transcripts.

  • How do I set up my utilities?

    Georgia Power is our electricity company. Give them a call or visit their website to start service.

  • Which utilities are included in my rent?

    None

  • What if my application is denied?

    The team will notify you of your denial. 

  • When is rent due?

    The 1st of every month.

  • Where can I complete the application?

    In our office or on our website.

  • How much are the application fees?

    $85 application fee per applicant and $200 administration fee per application.
